At Fine Prints, we ensure that our customers consistently receive the quality service which they expect from us.We are here to guide your order from concept/design all the way through to delivery. We are always available to answer any of your questions.

1. Contact Mr Chandrasekar at 91-44-4768675 or at 91-44-4769649 and let them know what your needs are with your packaging.

2. Send us a sample of your product, with a details of your objectives. We will want to know about quantities, distribution channels, etc.

3. At Fine Prints, we will make samples at free of cost subject to supply of Film, Negatives etc.

4. After you have approved the box design, we will need to get information with which to provide you with price quotations, including the projected order quantities, the number of printed colors, and the point of destination (to include freight charges).

5. At Fine Prints, We can help you prepare your artwork using our designers, or we can help your own designers get the job done. We will always furnish you a dieline on disc, which must be used to properly position your design.

6. To place an order for any packaging materils, you need to send us a signed sample of the structural design and a written Purchase Order. In addition, you will need to get credit approval when placing the order with us.

7. When the artwork has been completed, send the electronic files, along with a signed proof  of the files.If you ask us to do the artwork, we will send the same in floppy /or through e-mail and also a Hard Copy for your approval.

8. We will output the artwork to create film for your job. Next, we will create a proof for your review, prior to printing. This proof is on the actual paperboard to be used. Prior to signing-off, you will have the opportunity for a very careful examination of your carton's structure and graphics.
